Having been on a project that had over 200 Mitsubishi Units I wanted one for my house. I am very happy with it and am thrilled to have a seer rating of 30.5.

Went in like a charm, easy to work with, trim to fit Walla. The membrane on the walls took a little more finesse in smoothing out but all in all not bad at all.

Excellent Ordering Experience Jun 02, 2016

UPDATE 4/19/16: As stated in my previous post the ordering process was excellent. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. The driver was very nice, and the entire order was shrink wrapped on a pallet, which the driver used a pallet jack to unload and bring down my long driveway to a convenient spot. Excellent Equipment Poor Documentation Aug 13, 2016

Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect.
