It got to the point where I could only do computer work at night & then I would have to step outside where it was only 90 to cool off. Built by a division of Weil McLain the boiler it is similar to their products. Seems to be build well and I hope to have years of trouble free working status. A little difficult to install given the position of the ports. I will recommend this product to others.
