10/21/14 - I purchased the 36000 BTU quad zone with 1-18K BTU , 1- 9K i-see BTU & 2 - 6K BTU indoor units, the salesperson - Kevin K. was excellent, he answered all my questions and went above & beyond to make sure my price compared to other sites were matched. This unit is replacing a 66 year old unit my old unit was only @ 33to34% this one is @ 82% and it is working great I love it and it will save on my heating cost also. Thanks for the speedy delivery too.

This heater was easy to install, it is made of high quality metal. Nice to have power connections on both sides of the heater and ample amount of heat.
