10/21/14 - I purchased the 36000 BTU quad zone with 1-18K BTU , 1- 9K i-see BTU & 2 - 6K BTU indoor units, the salesperson - Kevin K. was excellent, he answered all my questions and went above & beyond to make sure my price compared to other sites were matched. Great Service And Great Product! Nov 03, 2016

I ordered the Modine unit from this site. After i placed the order I received a call from a customer rep to verify the order details. I realized then that I did not ask for lift gate on shipping. The rep added that for me. I received the unit within three days and it installed quickly. It works great!

New Heater Installed May 30, 2016

The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage. I could not find the size as to how wide, deep, or height but that was probably my fault but it worked out great the only difference was the height... more
