Had 2 window air conditioners that were not working as well as I expected. Talked to some friends that have the mini split system, and decided to try one. after getting several bids I decided to buy the system outright and install it myself. All went very well, everything was very easy and when I had a question I called Chris and he had the answers or got them in a timely fashion. I would recommend this to anyone, The GREE is a great product.

The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit. This replaced two smaller Sea Breeze units and works better than both of them combined. It's quiet and very efficient, cooling the large room quickly.
