I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.

One fan, and A coil is not freezing up has run from 6 am till now -- 7:30pm at 93 degrees outside temp---- other two should be coming to their new home soon

AC unit of 8 years died during heat spell and contractors where quoting very high prices to replace. I wasn't totally content with the installation, which has nothing to do with you personally - that was on my end. But once installed, everything is running very well. Incidentally, this is the third Goodman furnace I have purchased.
